This section of our website provides a place for our members to enter and maintain information on Regional User Groups across North America and the World.

To use this section of the site you click on the "Regional Groups" link on the navigation panel.  When you click the link you will normally be directed to the current list of regional groups for the main product used by your company, however the first time you use the portal and whenever these instructions are updated, this page will be displayed.  You can come back and review this page any time by clicking the "Instructions" link which appears in the upper right area of the list page.

Once you are on the list page, you can use the various search and filter dropdowns to narrow your focus to review groups of interest to you or your company.  When you see a group you can "drill down" to see the specific meeting dates and agendas for the group.  If you are an EUG member who is a contact for a group you will also see an edit icon after the group's name, which takes you to the page to make changes to the group's information and events.  Please note you must be logged in to the EUG members area to make changes to your group.  In addition, if you have logged in you can add a new regional group by simply click the "Add New Group" button which is displayed in the upper right corner of the page.  Once the group information has been reviewed and verified by the EUG office, it will be marked as active and made visible to all visitors to our website.

Each group is associated with a product or products and possibly a geographical region.  When you enter a new group please be sure to select the products and describe the geographic region you cover as well as primary focus of the group.

All of the main text fields can be searched (case insensitive) using the search box and the matching phrase will be highlighted in red.  Parameters entered to filter the list will be preserved until you log off the site or use the reset link.

July 2010 - You can now use the EUG website's online payments to have our office collect payments for your events. To do so just enter an "OnlineFee" for your events and a link to the payment system will be added to your event listing.
